PRODUCT DETAILS

Made with Sweet Almond and Manuka Oil, and beeswax from Aotea's own bee hives, this Kawakawa Balm is the natural and native skincare remedy that is perfect for dry lips, skin irritations (eczema and psoriasis), bites, sores, and nappy rash.

Handmade in small batches on Aotea. Product may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Directions: Apply Kawakawa Balm 2-3 times a day to irritated skin and then daily as skin begins to heal. For dry/chapped skin and lips, apply a pea size amount as needed throughout the day.

Aotea

Great Barrier Island, New Zealand

A range of New Zealand made health products inspired by traditional Māori herbal remedies and supported by scientific research. Aotea was founded in 2017. We are inspired by mātauranga māori (māori knowledge) and this knowledge manifests itself in our range of therapeutic skincare. Aotea is the māori name for Great Barrier Island and it is here where they are from and where they grow the native flora used (and extract their oils) and spin these into the products in their range. This is all done by Aotea's team on their papakāinga (land). What is important to Aotea is that they bring opportunity to the community where they are based on Aotea. In light of which they have decided (despite the difficulty) to grow, extract and manufacture all the products rather than outsource this. Aotea now have a committed R&D team to determine innovative ways to not only extract some of the plant agents in the flora they use, but also undertake clinical tests of these plant agents.

          Choose the product(s) you want to put into each Gift List, you might want to gift this group one or numerous products either way we’ll package these gifts and ensure they go to the correct recipients.           Choose your packaging solution. Buying a gift for yourself? You have the option to select no packaging. Giving a gift? The Duo will package the gifts using our luxury tissue, ribbon and gift bag OR The Duo will organise bespoke branded packaging just for you.

          The Duo can send all your gifts to one location or send each and every gift out to numerous recipients.
