Shipping Policy

‘Buy Now Products’ are shipped via NZ Post  standard parcel with an estimated delivery time frame of 3 – 5 business days, depending on whether you live in a metropolitan area or rural area.

All other purchases outside of our ‘Buy Now Products’ will have a lead time of between 1-5 weeks due to the nature of our business, our suppliers generally ‘make to order’. Lead times are stipulated on every product - please take note of these when placing your order.

Once your order ships you will receive an email notification providing the Courier tracking number so you can see where your purchase is.

All orders are dispatched from our Warkworth warehouse

The warehouse is closed on New Zealand public holidays and during the Christmas / New Year period from December 24th - January 17th.

We do not ship outside of New Zealand
