A chic addition to any living space adding global charm with paired back, unobtrusive hues of cream, chocolate, pinks, reds and mustard. Each cushion is up-cycled from handwoven vintage kilims and rug fragments. Each cushion is completely unique, and no two are the same. Cushions are sold as pairs.

Sold as a pair.

All of kilim cushion covers are made from handwoven vintage kilim fabric over 50 years old. They all have a durable cotton backing and high quality zipper.

  • 40 x 40cm
  • 100% wool with cotton backing
  • Flat weave
  • Cushion has been newly assembled.

Feather inners sold separately.

Age-related patina and natural irregularities are characteristic features of these handmade vintage cushions.

Yuva

Auckland, New Zealand

Yuva, established in 1995 by Mary Kelly, we're a specialist importer of kilims, and other vintage rugs, runners, saddle-bags, cushions and bags. Mary's daughter in law, Harriet Kelly joined the business in 2019 with the same love for woven collections. Harriet has since transformed Yuva into what it is today and aspires to carry on Mary's adoration and deep knowledge for quality handmade goods with a rich history. Yuva's goal is to make these beautiful products accessible to everyone and bring a sense of warmth to homes across New Zealand. It's the colours, vibrancy and stories these pieces tell that ignited our passion. Harriet travels to Turkey annually, both to discover new trends and to purchase new items. Each piece is personally selected, no two are ever the same. Great attention is given to quality, design, colour harmony and of course, value for money.

Choose the product(s) you want to put into each Gift List, you might want to gift this group one or numerous products either way we’ll package these gifts and ensure they go to the correct recipients. BRANDING & PACKAGING

Choose your packaging solution. Buying a gift for yourself? You have the option to select no packaging. Giving a gift? The Duo will package the gifts using our luxury tissue, ribbon and gift bag OR The Duo will organise bespoke branded packaging just for you.

DELIVERY

The Duo can send all your gifts to one location or send each and every gift out to numerous recipients. You can also pre-plan your yearly gifting needs - just let us know your gifting schedule and we’ll ensure your gifts are delivered accordingly. We take care of everything to make your life easy!
